CALIFORNIA PROPOSITION 65

California's Proposition 65 (or the Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986) was designed to help keep Californians informed about the potential health issues that could arise from exposure to toxic chemicals. Because the law requires businesses to notify Californians if a product contains detectable amounts of chemicals that could be associated with certain health issues, Our invoices and or packing slip may contain a special message for any applicable products that are shipped in the state of California.
